"This is a little paradise. Situated in a beautiful green pasture sprinkled with old fruit trees; Sheep roaming and birds singing. The playground for the kids ventures lots of different swings, a slide, a football goal and a 4 person carousel (50c per ride - bring enough coins!) - a kids' dream come true. And it is also a restaurant and not the least! The dishes are delicious, the choice of local wine large enough and of very good quality and the service... The service was the best I experienced in years. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars, seriously! Update: Still the little paradise. The big indoor area is now fully renovated and fit for a festive gathering."

"Die Gaststätte Mühlengrund liegt sehr ländlich und ist nur über kleine Sträßchen zu erreichen. Das Restaurant ist an ein Hotel angeschlossen und für die Gegend überraschend schick eingerichtet. Preislich bleibt man dennoch, wie so oft in der Pfalz, auf einem absolut vernünftigen Niveau. Die Küche ist eher bürgerlich gehalten. Wir hatten die Ochsenbrust mit Meerrettichsoße sowie Fleischknödel, ebenfalls mit Meerrettichsoße – beides wirklich gut zubereitet. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen schönen Garten, und man kann draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Die meisten Hauptgerichte liegen noch unter 20 Euro."
